Account increase without notification

Just picked up that account was increased from April without notification.<br> <br> When contacting the call centre was simply told that sms was sent to my phone regarding increase and when asked to show whether I confirmed notification of increase I was told sms was sent and that's that.<br> <br> Further, asked for Vodacom to send me proof of terms and conditions allowing Vodacom to just increase my monthly rate and was told that because contract was taken out online they may or may not be able to provide me with the terms which I apparently signed.<br> <br> So you can figure out how to increase my bill but somehow you cant figure out how to show me the signed terms and conditions.
