*** Still appears as outstanding

Good day,<br> <br> My account I*** has been paid up since May but it still appears on Credit Bereaus as outstanding and thus affecting my credit score. I noticed that on Transunion it is paid up but not on XDS and Experian. <br> <br> Please Vodacom I trust that this issue will be resolved with urgency.<br> <br> Regards
