Vodacoms online sales department/like minds is pathetic, they don't have any telephone etiquette non whatsoever, why does vodacom offer services to clients and yet they get turned down and treated like ****! I have never experienced any service as I did from any other service provider than what I did from imbeciles in the online department. It's either you need to reshuffle your online department or loose plenty of clients!

I don't think they were trained to be so *********, compare the customer care to online sales, id give customer care 100%
