Account extremely high

Why is my account so extremely high for June? I did not upgrade my contract that expired end of June and saw my debit order is about R 2,000 more than usual. Why??? The useless call centre cannot tell me and they keep on transferring my call to someone more idioting. Vodacom service the last couple of months is extremely pathetic
