Account deliberately put on Pre-legal...

I am a very angry and dissatisfied customer. So I had a cellphone contract with Vodacom which I cancelled last year July 2016 as it had expired, so instead of upgrading the contract I decided to cancel it, however a few days ago I decided to open a new contract and only to find out that they sent my account to Pre-legal. I called the call centre on Friday 25 August to find out why my account is in Pre-legal and no one could give me a straight answer, instead they kept transferring me to different departments, then one consultant advised me that she would escalate the matter to her team leader and it would take about 3 hours to lift the status and I should call back the next day to check, I called again on the 26th August and it had not been resolved. They again transfered me to different departments and I was again advised that they will escalate the matter and it will be done in 2hours. I called back on 27th of August and guess what, it still hadn't been resolved. I spoke to a Jaque who sent an email to the correct department and the matter was then resolved and my account was clear, on the 27th August I then went back to the retail store to open a new contract only to be told they can't assist me because my credit rating is too low and I'll have to come back after 6 months, so my credit score is bad all because of people who don't know what they are doing, if I had not decided to open a contract this would still be reflecting on my credit report and it passes me off that I can not open a new contract because Vodacom decided to ***** me over after I had been a loyal customer for some time now, it was embarrassing being told you can't open a contract because of your credit rating and I should come back after 6months, and when I contact the call centre all I get is a "sorry for the inconvenience " ****** Hell...
