Account deducted incorrectly

On the 29th of March 2016 R624. 86 was deducted from bank account to pay an unknown Vodacom account. After numerous calls and very little assistance from Vodacom customer care I eventually went into a Vodacom store with my bank statement showing the incorrect deduction. The lady at the store was helpful and typed out an email to Vodacom attaching the bank statement. This was after me asking her to attach it as proof not being told to submit any forms or documents even after numerous calls. A short while after the email was sent I received a call from a lady at Vodacom very apologetic for the mix up and that I would be refunded. This never happened. When I followed up on this with the call centre no one knew anything about it and I was told the case was closed. I submitted another complaint. After many back and forth communications and complaints I am still no further on. On the 1st of June 2017 I followed up again and spoke to a supervisor who was helpful. He told me that the last complaint had been closed because Vodacom has no record of details attached to the account number in question. The complaint was opened yet again. He put an urgent response in and said that I would be contacted in 24-72 hours. Of course no one contacted me to tell me anything. On the 3rd of July 2017 I called again and was told that the complaint was closed and I need to send it and affidavit and proof of ID stating I never opened the account and that it is standard procedure for cases of *****. When I asked the lady why after all this time not one person had ever told me this needs to be done she said she doesn't know. I asked to be put through to another supervisor for assistance and made it clear how frustrated I am with this situation and lack of help from Vodacom "customer care". I let them no that if this situation is not rectified as soon as possible I will escalate the complaint. He assured me he will get back to be within the hour. He did not. I was then sent an sms from Vodacom asking if my concern has been rectified. I rep**** no and was called by a lady to assist. She said she would type out an email detailing the situation and get back to me the same day. I have not heard a thing. Unsurprisingly. I am at this point not prepared to take time out of my day to write affidavits etc when the fault is not my own and I am shocked that for over a year no one at Vodacom knows their own procedures. This has been going on since March 2016 and I am absolutely fed up with having to sit on the phone and get no where. I sincerely hope the situation can be rectified by communicating on this platform.
