Previous complaint not resolved.
Notice of cancellation provided 30 days before contract expiration in March. Vodacom has *******ly debited my account for the months of April and May 2023, the debit orders have not been cancelled on their end despite written notice of cancellation provided!
Absolutely putrid customer service.
