Account debited twice

I had a problem with vodacom because of a router which was not activated a d my annount was debited the begining of october.I returned the debit of R109 as the router dwas not activated. Month end of November vodacom did not take the money for my jprimary account .I went to the bank on the 11 nov 15 and paid R580. 50 into the account.so for Nov money was paid then on the 2nd of December 2015 my account was debited and the debit was returnef unpaid. On the 7th my account was debited and that setlles the payment for that month. I changed my debit order date to be the 7th.then on the 7th my account was debited instead of R580. 50 but R1261 was collected. I tried several times to try and explain to vodacom that I do not owe them anything so why they take R1261 because Nov 11 I paid them .December account was paid on the 11th.but they insist I owe them for one month which I do not understand to date. Plse I would like vodacom to refund me my R580.50 which they took from my account<br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br>
