Account created incorrectly
our account has been registered to the business incorrectly, the form on VPP is filed out correctly, but we still have errors.
the account is on a personal name and we submitted all the docs via email stating its suppose to be registered on a business account.
who ever has done the capturing did this hopelessly wrong after all the calls made over 3hrs spent on the phone yet nothing was done correct.
online and the store systems does not correspond with another. i see that you have not rep**** to anyone so i don't expect you to reply on this which is a really bad look on a business, just want to know that someone is sitting with our docs and where dont know where or what happened to it.
