Account complaint
I agreed to an additional wifi router at the agreed price of R48. I have sent emails without receiving feedback. The amount should have been R345.38 in total for both my contracts plus the router. Now an amount of R558 is being deducted!!! My account has now almost doubled just by adding a R48 router? I need someone to sort this out as a matter of urgency.
