It is with the cooperation and feedback from valued clients such as yourself that we are able to identify any areas of improvement within our organisation. As per discussion this morning at 10:49am regarding the invoice H0-1NMTC1. The invoice was for airtime advance.
As discussed, when a number is converted to prepaid do make sure to recharge within 48 hours of the conversion.
