Account at Risk Vodacom doesn't respond to service request

<p>I have been complaining since february to vodacom about my app and internet login not allowing me to buy data at or do anything to my account as it states i am not the account holder of my contract but i am. i also get login notifications all day that someone is loging in my app but it isnt me as i dont have permission to use the app or interent logins. vodacom asked me to get screen shots and make a report on the 6th of march but till today the problem has not been fixed and no-one has contaced me back or rep**** to my email report. i called again today and still they have no answers saying the query is still pending. This is unsafe and unprofresional that vodacom cant fix a security fault on my account. my account is at a huge risk for over a month now. my other contracts that are in the hands of my employees have full permission and access to my account from there phone so i anything could go wrong at anytime as i have an open line but vodacom dont give a !@#$ cos they taking over a month to fix a security problem REF S4 NC32X XOO3Z</p>
