Accommodating *****sters with OPEN ARMS

This company has no way of vetting applications, my details were used *****ulently to open up a cellphone contract and i am even being debited. I went to Vodacom personally to log this ***** case and telephonically also logged it. I was promised a call back and received nothing, i received an automated email saying they will attend to it within 7-14 working days?!! So i must just pay for a contract i never took and when i reverse payments, it affects my credit record? this should have been dealt with more urgently and seriously.
