Access restricted

Im very unhappy about the fact that evertime I make use of the internet that one in ten websites open but the rest wont due to access restricted message on screen!!! I make use of [URL Removed] [URL Removed] news24 etc, but even they wont open because im apparently under 18???? Phoned vodacom shop, 3 times already and I was told it was unblocked, but it was never. Even went into the shop but still same issue. After phoning vodacom customer care the lady told me she is not picking it up on the system, so what the hell am I supposed to do? Pay for services each month but cant use it??
