Access for repairs not agreed to

I got a Samsung tablet from Vodacom in September last year. The contract came with screen insurance for the device. Unfortunately my screen was demaged and had to take the device to Vodacom for repairs. It was booked in and an access of R150 quoted, 3 weeks later I was told that the access is now R1050 and I refused to pay. Now the Vodacom Shop in Alberton is keeping my tablet that I am still paying for and I am being asked to sort it out with the insurance, an insurance that is Vodacom's, I had no part in the arrangement of the insurance. Sent an email to Vodacom's repairs escalation email and I'm still waiting for an answer after 3 emails. I wonder what this insurance company is so that I can expose them as well.

I am not renewing my contract with Vodacom for my 1 contract (13 years with Vodacom) and I will notrenew the contract in question here, unfortunately I am stuck with it for another 18 months
