Vodacom informed that they need proof of the fax with updated details as they still do not have any info. I emailed them the fax that was forwarded to them by their Festival branch by Attie, as he was the manager at that time.<br> But seriously they still have not solved this problem. Firstly a gentleman from Vodacom called her, informing her she owe's them money. Again she had to explain the whole issue to him. And then the Vvm dept started calling my daughter again. It seems they do not follow up on any queries or solve old queries.<br> I am forwarding this issue to the newspaper now. Die Beeld.
