Abysmal Vodacom

I called Vodacom cancellations in order to cancel my account and was assured that it will be cancelled on May 31st. However, it DID NOT happen! The reason that I am closing the account is Vodacom's PATHETIC service. They are even more ABYSMAL than I realised.
