Abusive towards cancer survivor customer
hi my name is Maggie, and i went into the vodacom store to day to purchase an apple i pad charger, no sales person was available so i sat and waited for a while. i then got up and went to the display wall to look at the chargers . A sales consultant was at a desk next to the display talking on his phone, i then overheard him numerous times talking about his wife i then realized that he was on a personal call, instead of serving me the customer. so i interrupted his call by asking him if he had an apple i pad charger he became irate and shouted at me, saying cant you see i am on the phone in front of other customers so i became up set at his disrespect towards me, a 63 old, so i told him not to talk to me in that manner, he became more irate and told me to shut up and sit down i again told him not to talk to me in that manner as i am a customer he again repeated for me to shut up and sit down I then asked to speak to the manager several times she addressed me but said nothing to the staff member being a female she was not equipped to handle the situation i was told that he was having a bad day ,fighting cancer everyday does not give me the right to behave like he did.
