Abuse Of Power by a Customer Care Agent.

Vodacom has policies and procedures that are there to prevent and protect both the business and its customers however each time you call 111 the agents seems to think once they have been tasked of upholding the Vodacom brand they have the authority to exploit as long as they assume they were within the spectrum of policy and procedure. Due to this Dineo provided with the most distasteful, appauling dismal service. On June 10 at 15.50 I phoned in to do a prepaid simswop, she authentitecated me then claimed to be processing and moments later on made allegations of possible ***** which she was arrogant, rude and unprofessional but just hide behind simswop protocol. She failed to advise of steps she would take to action my request nor implications involved should I not meet her criteria. Due to her actions I now sit with out a contactable number and guess this my primary number and I am currently job hunting currently job interview feedbacks.
