Absurdly locked in for 5 years by Vodacom.
Absolutely shocking service from Vodacom. Moved a cellphone number (contract expired) to my name, entered into a 36 month contract in March 2023. Saw my upgrade date and I’m locked in until 2028. My car is not even financed for 5 years, buy Vodacom locks me in for 5 years whilst I signed and pay for a 36 month contract. To no surprise they apparently cannot assist me. I will be following a legal route from hereon out.
