Absurd service

Absurd service.....Below is an email sent whereby your staff promised to call me and provide feedback, it has been 2 weeks now and nothing.

---------- Forwarded message --------- From: Shu'aa'ud-Deen Hattas <***> Date: Tue, Sep 3, 2019 at 12:25 PM Subject: Absurd service To: <***>

Good day Vodacom Management,

On the 29th August 2019, time just before 09:00, I contacted your service centre regarding my account bill. I requested to be contacted by Monday latest the team leader by the name Mamoeketi advised she would call me.

I have also requested an email from the above mentioned team leader confirming the context of the phone call and complaint, to date no email was received explaining what the plan of action is to get this mess sorted, but rather received email from a No reply email box providing my statements that I requested. No ownership and accountability taken.

As mentioned on the call, request an investigation to be conducted from date of inception as I have been bill incorrectly. Whenever I would do an airtime advance on the numbers *** and ***), the airtime would be deducted from my next recharge and at the end of the month that same advance would be added to monthly bill, which I am being double charged hence the enquiry.

The duration of the call was 59Min and 11seconds (ref to attachment) whereby I made it clear what I am enquiring on and the expected outcome, please listen to the recording for perusal. This is once again absurd service from a company such as Vodacom.

The agent I spoke to was Shalmina who kinder had a bit of an attitude, her Team leader was Mamoeketsi, who reports to the manager known as Masego. I need this to be sported, refunded for the incorrect chargers and expecting a call before 16:00 today, or else a formal complaint will be reported to the ombudsman, iccasa and all relevant panels.

Regards

Shu'aa'ud-Deen Hattas
