ABSURD and *********

I recently took an Iphone 6SE out on contract. A month later it was dropped and screen cracked. I sent it in for screen replacement, only to get the phone back around a month later to find the screen has been replaced but now its all pixelated. Sent it back in, and came back 3 weeks later with teh same problem. I sent it back in the day after!! wasting my time. I now get a call from Vodacom insurance stating i must pay in R2700.00 for a replacement phone! - they broke my phone now i need to pay for it? What the hell??? this has been going on for 4 months now i still dont have teh phone I am paying for every month and now I need to pay R2700.00 to get a refurbed unit back for something I didnt do? This will be taken up with the CPA and Ombudmans.. funny though, I laid a complaint 3 weeks back - vodacom responded on Hello peter saying they will ocntact me... still waiting for that call. You call yourselves customer focussed company? this is pathetic service and really ********* behaviour from your repair centre

to further on this, I have emailed the CEO of Vodacom. Lets see what he makes of this too!
