Absolutely Useless and ***********!!!!!!

Quick to take your money but when you need something everything is 5-7 working days or will send a request to management to call you but can take up to 24 hours and then you have to phone because it wasn’t done!!! I phoned to cancel my contract in Nov 2020 as was advised by a store on the contract coming to an end I should give 30 days notice. I was advised it’s too early to call On 1 Dec which I did, a few days later I received a sales call to upgrade said contract which I said it’s cancelled, to be told it hasn’t, I phone again (7 Dec) and cancel again. To yet receive another upgrade call so I call again on 21 Dec and then again on 8 Jan 2021 (finally after throwing my toys on this 4th call to cancellations -my contract is cancelled but now I will be charged because I didn’t give 30 days notice) are you serious. This is not my problem you people are *********** and I said I want a credit - I’m told they will credit me it will show on my next statement! WOW was that wishful thinking... so receive my next statement and no credit so phone on the 15th of Feb - now To go through everything again!!! They have to investigate they will call me back- I get a call back on the 17th saying I’m right and they have actioned it. I will get a confirmation (yip you guessed it 5-7 working days) I then wait for my next statement as I haven’t heard anything- surprise no credit!!! So I phone yesterday morning 16 March now we have to investigate again!! They will phone me back in the afternoon, the lady phoned to ask if I had received a call and I said no nothing!! And still nothing till now!! So I phoned again today and they will have to send a request it will have to investigated!!!

So now I wait again!!! So Vodacom if you need help I have as of late taken my own recordings of all my calls with you which I’ll gladly share if it will help you to resolve this issue!!!! And no I won’t recommend you to a friend- and will be happy the day I cancel all my contracts with you!!!
