Absolutely shocking Experience

Dear Vodacom

On 24-Apr-17 I wrote the following:

I am very irritated with you.

My account with you terminated on 20-03-2016 after I gave due notice. You continued to bill me for Apr and May 2016. Why?

You have now handed me over to you legal department to collect the outstanding amount that I don't owe you. This amount is now sitting with ITC as being outstanding and is affecting my credit score.

When I was called by you legal department last year, I requested a detailed statement of the amount. I was still waiting for this a year later. I now phoned your call centre who immediately sent me the statement.

I was given the number for your legal department, which I phoned and was put through to a number that does not exist.

This issue cause by your inability and inefficiency is now wasting my time and energy to resolve.

Please get you house in order and resolve this issue speedily.

Your responded to say that you'l get back to me in 3 working days.

Today, I was so irritated about this whol issue that I tried calling again in the hop that I would reach some bright spark at Vodacom that could help me.

1. I called your leagl department who told me I must speak to cancellations

2. I called cancellations who insisted that I must talk to Port. I told him that it was not a porting issue, but he insisted that they would help

3. I called Port who said they are not the right department as they could not even see the number

4. I called legal again, hoping I would be assisted. They now informed me that your system is down and that they cannot see who the account was handed over to so that they can assist me and that I must call back in 30 minutes.

It is also almost impossible to get the number of your CEO, else I would have phoned him/her
