Absolutely shameful service
I have times unsuccessfully to get a cancellation quotation from Vodacom call centre. I have been promised twice to be phoned back which did not happen and been requested to stay on the line for help and after 40 minutes just cancelled. I get phony apologies but no service every time I call - its a disgrace.
