Absolutely Poor Service Only Cares About Money

Vodacom has no regard for their customers during these times. It's absolute bullsh*t that I need to wait days before my service gets reinstated after payment. Also, now the customer service representative tells me to mind my language after I, the frustrated customer, said that the service is bullsh*t, VODACOM SHOULD RESPECT ITS CUSTOMERS RIGHT TO COMMUNICATION RATHER THAN LECTURING ABOUT LANGUAGE and give me MY RIGHT TO REVIEW THE SERVICE GIVEN. Absolutely poor service.
