Absolutely pathetic VODACOM
My contract was extended without my knowledge or approval, when I quiried this ,I was informed a call centre agent had contacted me BUT never did, after raising the complaint I received the following sms. but you cant access this as indicated below Dear Vodacom Customer. Your query has been escalated to a Solution Expert who will contact you within 24 working hrs. Your ref number is: 1-***0000 Visit My Query: https://bit.ly/2SswlkR to track the progress. Thank you, Vodacom
