Absolutely Pathetic!!!

I bought a Blackberry Z3 from Hatfield Game about 1 year ago. I used the phone, my battery died, and I put in on charge. With Blackberry the battery comes on if it is extremely flat, before switching on again, of which this phone did. then it just never switched on again after that. The red light does not even come on anymore when you connect the charger, only the yellow light. I took it in for repairs, and after about a week they called back and said it was the screen, and I now have to pay for it! how the **** would it be the screen if it did the above mentioned??? it is pathetic, and they are just trying to cut costs not to repair. my phone was in excellent condition when I handed it in! you are worthless, and it is no wonder you are losing so many clients if this is what you're aftersales is like! it is not the damn screen!!!!
