Absolutely non existent poor and disgusting service from Vodacom!

To give Vodacom even a 1 star rating is an over statement! I have been trying to get hold of their legal department in order to sort out a deceased account to no avail. I keep phoning.. have even tried to get them to give me a call back but still nothing. You hold on forever! Once the call goes through you just automatically gets cut off. My poor 90 year old mother is currently without any contact and I need to urgently assist her. You follow the procedures and do what you are requested but then they just cancel everything and not even the Vodashop can assist as they request you to do!
