ABSOLUTELY NO CARE ABOUT LONGSTANDING CUSTOMERS

Vodacom seem to think because they are a big giant corporate company that they can just dictate to their customers and treat them like they worthless. Long standing customers received nothing in return for their loyalty. I fail to understand why I must pay an admin fee to do an upgrade at one of the Vodacom branches but if I upgrade online or go to Midrand then I don't have to pay this upgrade fee. I really don't understand this when Vodacom is already charging me for all sorts of things every month now apparently it cripples them to assist with an upgrade so they have to charge for it. Really??!! The latest thing is Vodacom have decided that they will no longer post our invoices without informing customers of this new decision. They have made no alternative for me to receive my montlyh invoice which is just *******. Secondly...hello we live in SA. We have to continuously have proof of residency of which utility bills qualify and that would include Vodacom bills. Imagine if if all suppliers decide not to post invoices, how would you like us to prove residency??? Heaven help the day Vodacom ask me for proof of residency. This is absolutely unconstitutional and a clear indication that they just don't care about their customers. I WILL NOT be renewing y contract with Vodacom. I am really tired of always having to fight with Vodacom just to be treated fairly and within my constitutional rights. Absolutely appalling.
