Absolutely *** service!!!!!

I have been a Vodacom customer for over a decade.

Earlier this year(May 2019) I get a call from one of their 3rd party's(LikeMind) offering an upgrade as my contract term had lapsed and was on a month to month basis.

After hearing the consultant out I agree and confirm and re-confirm the total deduction applicable for this "upgrade". The new contract is concluded as per the telephone conversation is delivered a few days later. However the amount confirmed and agreed to in the call was not the amount deducted from my account.

It is now August 2019 and I have been trying to get the discrepancy resolved with Vodacom without any luck at all.

I have to keep calling them as they all make promises to call back and provide feedback but dont. The initial log ref ***(Spoke to a Elton) was marked resolved without any feedback to me or having done a damn thing.

No manager or team leader is ever available(perpetually in meetings) so one cannot ask to speak to a senior as it is of absolutely no use.

I have explained the issue to several agents(Elton, Nkuli, Cassius are the ones I have subsequently made note of) and was told that the system indicates the updgrade as an internet application(which it was not) and when I ask that the call recording be listened to I have been told the following:

*They do not have access to it as it was not done by Vodacom but this Likemind. *I can be referred to this 3rd party to request the recording, which I refused as my contract is not with them but Vodacom. *That they will contact them(Christina an apparent teamleader) and be given feedback

No feedback has ever been received if I do not call in of which I am tired of doing.

The call is the basis of this new contract/upgrade and if they cannot or do not have said recording then there is no agreement ie no contract. I have told them this and was again to given feedback on how this will be sorted either a correction of the billing or voiding of 'contract' and have the device returned.

Now all I want is for the later to happen as I am GATVOL of being treated like a fool after the years of having been with this provider.

I intend to blast my experience on every platform I can, social or otherwise and want nothing further to do with a company that does business in this manner.

To anyone reading this go blue, black or yellow. The red in Vodacom is actually warning you take the hint stay away!!!!!
