Absolutely disrespect and dishonesty

I paid an additional amount of R350 to qualify for the free A32 when purchasing a S21. After signing the contract Ivan from Clearwater branch told me the A32 is discontinued. When back two months later after seeing the same deal still behind advertised on TV just to be told by the store manager that I am a lying and Ivan would never say something like that. Either way there is nothing they can do as I have already signed the contract. Please at least train her how to interact with customers and what POPIA is. She embarrassed herself
