Absolutely disgusting service from vodacom

Worse than 1 star!I have been fighting for 5 months now with vodacom to sort out my account.First they say im up to date then not then im up to date again and now they have cut ny data line again after i put a payment AGREEMENT down to fix their poor admin issues!! This is how i get treated after 12 years of being a client.You people are useless man!! This is disgusting man for a company like vodacom man!Ive never had issues and now you cant sort out simple issues! I work in the service industry and we treat complaints very high!I will keep on smeering you on social media until this issue is sorted and rest assured once my contrct is up im moving myself and business away from vodacom!Even after getting on black and whit on your facebook messages you still manage to make my day and cut my data line!
