Absolutely disgusted!!!

I took my Sony in for repairs at the Vodacom repair shop in sandton city. It is 8 months old so under warranty. I told them the problems : screen lifting, bad battery life, terrible volume, doesn't always charge and freezes. They told me it would take 10 days to be repaired however, 2 days after sending it in they told me its ready so I called to ask what they did and was told they replaced battery so I asked what about the rest of what I said was wrong. The lady said the screen isn't lifting its a screen protector so after telling her its not a screen protector about 20 times she laughed at me and told me to come in and she will pull it off and show me it is. So I left work early and went there. When I got there they argued with each other and with me whether it was a screen protector or part of screen. They then went into the back and then came out with my \screen protector"half ********** my phone. The guy assisting me realised it was actually part of my screen"
