absolutely disgraceful service

<p>My Laptop screen has just cracked and what a mission it has been contact vodacom and ask what should do. Every single person i spoke to from Vodacom has been inconsistent. They have told me different things that have all lead to nothing. I am insured but i am being forced to take my Laptop in to a private repair store and pay for the repair as NO ONE FROM VODACOM IS WILLING TO HELP ME. Absolutely disgraceful. I am a working individual (as all of you are) and i do not have the time to run around and speak to different people telling me to rather get hold of other people at Vodacom because they cant help me. Absolutely pathetic. I am officially done with Vodacom and i am thinking of moving all of my contracts as i cannot deal with any of this incompetence any more! </p>
