Absolutely appaling after service from Vodacom Wifi

Absolutely atrocious service from Vodacom Home Wifi! It's been an unbelievable FIVE DAYS since our internet went completely down on Tuesday. Five days! In this day and age, that's an eternity. What's even more infuriating is the complete lack of communication or any semblance of urgency from Vodacom. We paid our debit order like clockwork, yet we're left with absolutely no service and zero feedback on when this issue might even be looked at, let alone resolved. This isn't just an inconvenience; it's actively costing us money. My wife works from home and has been completely unable to do her job for almost a week now because of Vodacom's incompetence. That's a significant loss of income directly attributable to their failure to provide the service we are paying for. And do they care? Absolutely not! We've tried calling, we've tried online support, and it's like talking to a brick wall. No updates, no estimated time of resolution, just empty promises and being passed from one unhelpful agent to another. This isn't just bad service; it's daylight *******. We are paying for a service we are not receiving, and Vodacom clearly couldn't care less about the impact this is having on their customers' lives and livelihoods. Avoid Vodacom Home Wifi like the plague! They take your money and leave you stranded with no internet and zero support.
