Absolute terrible service...

Hi I would like to start off to say none the less I am completely satisfied with your network after being with mtn for 15 years.

Secondly I am having problems with my contract phone which is 6 months old.

I have taken it to vodacom Vincent east london I have been there four times and the problem still persists I am absolutely furious to the incompetence of the technician at the shop customer service does not exist in that shop.

1. They master reset my device and return it to me claiming that it's fixed. 2. Uploaded new software and return to me and claim it's fixed. 3. Again updated software claiming it's fixed. 4.returned to them with same problem then they told me they will have to perform a diagnostic on device. 5. They told me it is the main board which is faulty and they have to replace it. 6. Recieved the phone back doing exactly the same thing and to top it off now there is dust inside one of my camera lenses. 7. Now today they tell me to remove my apps. 8. I told them that it does it even without the apps so they want the phone to send to samsung I cannot be without a phone and the loan phone they gave me the battery dont last half a day and screen falling out. I am absolutely appalled by the quality of the workmanship they dont answer their telephones I want my device replaced as it keeps restarting on it's own I can not afford to have this happen to me as I work for myself and rely on my phone for work.

I will be waiting on your reply as I would like to escalate this as now I must sit 21 days with a defective device it's been 14 days back and fourth with absolutely no joy.
