Absolute pathetic customer service in fact NO Service
In fact no rating, I am trying everything possible to get a a dispute with Vodacom and their service providers e.a Finrite Showmax Content services with unauthorized billing resolved since Dec 2020. The only answers I receive is our Solution Experts is investigating. I supp**** all the relevant proof and documentation to no avail.
