Absolute nightmare service!

<p>I picked up a good deal online for Valentine's day, 2 for one. I submitted my info and all seemed well. I have 6 contracts with Vodacom, been there 8 years. This is Sunday. Monday morning I call to check when my phones will be delivered. No, no record of such, seems it was cancelled. Call again, yes yes its been processed it will be 3 working days for delivery... Call again Tues, where's my phones when will they be delivered? Oh, oh they have been dispatched. Should get delivery tmrw. Wed morning... call again, when will they be delivered? Uuuuuuh! The courier went to address, said they called me and then returned package to warehouse....!!! So, I call again. No record with courier of my package!¡!! Really! I'm not even done yet. The consultant at Vodacom was saying my purchase had been cancelled and then while he's talking changes his story and says hey! Its at the warehouse in Durban... So I call ram couriers and they have no such package. And they say there is no Vodacom ware house in Durban it come s direct from jhb to their premises. Enough. Who's got the phones???? Where are they???? No one can give me an answer. I'm gonna take my 7 lines and go to cell c. Maybe they know how to deal with customers......,? !¡</p>
