ABSOLUTE JOKE!!!

I have tried getting through to someone who will cancel 2 cell phone numbers on my bosses business account, I have spoken to 2 people in business department and 2 people in the cancellation department as well as even calling corporate department. i get told by the first lady in the business department i must call cancellations, she transferred me to them spoke to a gentleman in cancellations then he said he cant help me i must call business department i got transferred back to business the lady told me no i must get hold of cancellations, then i demanded to speak to a manager (which who knows if that was the manager) was probably her friend sitting next to her in their cubicles!!!??? spoke to the lady, then she transferred me AGAIN to cancellations department spoke another lady who told me that i must speak to the business department, i eventually yelled i want the manager which i heard them all talking nicely to one another then line went quiet, whether i was put on hold or they dropped the call on me i dont know!!! i am fuming, WHY MUST WE PAY for contracts that are no longer being used, and WHY CANT CANCELLATIONS DEP., CANCEL these 2 numbers!!!??? we paying for nothing!!!!!
