Absolute disgust!!!!!!!

I just received a call from Vodacom informing me about an upgrade I can make on a number that I requested to be canceled two years ago!! I was assured two years ago it would be canceled! I’ve been paying for this number for two years without ever utilizing it in the least! Two years ago when I was literally ******* by their telemarketing department into accepting a “complementary” router that I was also assured wouldn’t cost me a cent and was given to me as a reward for being a loyal customer. ******** behavior at its best! I am disgusted and appalled at this absolute diregard at their customers best interests! I can’t even get through to them on their customer service to address this issue and the telemarketer that tried to sell me more ******* was of absolutely no help either!!!
