ABSOLUTE DISGRACE

I recently requested my number be moved from contract to prepaid as I was on a month to month contract. They totaly deleted my number which does not exist any more with no warnings or notifcations. Tried for weeks and hundreds of calls to have this rectified with no success. You will be amazed at the hundreds of different stories each consultant will give you. Absolute disgrace. Even supervisor Daryll is a usless supervisor who has no idea what he is speaking about. Constantly contradicts himself. Makes me wonder how he manages his staff. Explains why they are in total shambles. Regret ever moving to Vodacom.<br> <br> Even considering legal action against them as this is my business number and in which I have incurred thousands of rands in losses.<br>
