Absolute Bad Services In General!

I’ve never met a more useless company than Vodacom! Their customer service is pathetic. I regret joining Vodacom every single day, I will definitely be moving to another provider that looks after their customers. This is not my first bad experience with Vodacom, from phoning the call centre to visiting a branch the service is bad not to mention the arrogance the staff has.

Never in my life have I heard that if you buy something at a Vodacom Shop in North-West that you cannot exchange it at another Vodacom shop in Gauteng because their stock won’t balance and that each Vodacom Branch is independently owned. Both shops in New Market might as well close down!

I didn’t want my money back I just wanted to change it for something else. You can take your business and stuff it where the sun isn’t shining!
