Abolutely no security at Vodacom for users' cell phones. Beware

Vodacom allowed an unknown bad person to do an unauthorised sim swap on my wifes' phone online. As a rescult her phone was hacked and she and a number of persons were seriously inconvenienced. A complete lack of security by Vodacom. Beware, you could be next.
