Abnormal Data Usage

I have been running 2 Data contracts since 2007 with a set figure of R179 per month for 3Gig. We have never upgraded in the 9 years. This month my bills comes in at R2215.90!!!!!! No warning or correspondence that my account is hellishly HIGH considering I've been paying only R179 per month over the past 9 years???!!!<br> Vodacom your system is horribly wrong!! Its so easy to just deduct money from peoples account (irrespective if you can afford it or not) and couldn't care less about it.
