Abhorant service Vodacom Norwood Mall store

I experienced abhorant behaviour and service from the store in Norwood mall. Today I had to visit the store as have just taken out a 2 year data contract. I was first assisted by a lady who said I needed to speak to the technical person of I recall by name was Lerato and was then told to go to another counter. While waiting at the second counter i was Redirected to another counter where I was told to wait another customer walks in and they deal with the other customer. I am ignotef and then call another assistant and I'm told please go and sit and wait at the entrance. I'm telling them I have been here for a while and you have gone serve served another person. I am at breaking point as have been there for 15 minutes and the staff choose to ignore me. I ask for the manager as I'm leaving the store and tell him that the service is Despicable and then told just tell us what the problem is so we can help you and I go off at them again and say your service is Despicable here and get the same request please just tell us what your problem is. After 2 minutes my query is resolved as it is a simple question. The whole experience took 40 min to resolve in the store from entering at 9am and finally getting out in a fury at 9.40 am Shame on you guys that you could upset a customer like this as I am a passive person by nature.
