ABANDONED BY VODACOM!!!

I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED in Vodacom's lack of customer service!!! On the 11th November, TWO WEEKS AGO, I emailed Vodacom with an URGENT problem. On the 15th November Akhona called me and i stressed to him that i need help URGENTLY, because the signal at my house is too poor to operate my cell phone!

I run my business from my cell phone!! I am losing business by the day!!!

If Vodacom cared, my signal issue would have been resolved the day i was given a reference number i.e. 15th November!!! Even better, the day i complained i.e. 11 November 2021. Today is the 23RD NOVEMBER, AND I HAVE HEARD NOTHING FROM VODACOM!!!

I NEED SIGNAL, AND WITHOUT VODACOMS SUPPORT, I AM FORCED TO GO TO MTN, WHICH HAS SIGNAL AT MY HOUSE!

PLEASE TAKE THIS AS MY IMMEDIATE CONTRACT CANCELLATION NOTICE! YOU HAVE ABANDONED ME VODACOM!!!!!
