Yoh the this service provider is acting like the Mafia. When I tried to cancel my contract … it was a never ending battle . They hope you give up and I did . Does that sound like good business practice… is it lawful for a client to spend months trying to end a contract and the company blatantly refusing . **** they for that . I also top up a lot using airtime . Last week I bought 3 VC bundles with my money and couldn’t make calls. I thought VC meant Voice Call maybe it means Vacant Calls , maybe it means nothing just VC Airtime dissapears no alert that data is done . … again is that fair ?
