A Vodacom ****

Vodacom called me in December offering me a free laptop and reduced subscription for being a loyal customer for 20 years. I asked and asked, Is this at no cost to me. to which they rep**** no cost to me at all. I was also told it would not affect my upgrade. It is now October and I have been trying to close this case but Vodacom simply ignore you and just hope you go away. Vodacom ****med me This is exactly what it was a ****, In January I started being billed for the laptop and it has been coming off of my account ever since Another consultant eventually after months emailed me to say that the consultant who ****med me did mention to me that there would be no costs.

What I want now is what was promised to me, a free laptop, reduced subscription and no affect to my upgrade.

The solution is not to come and take the laptop away after I have just been ****med.

Please treat this as urgent, or I will seek legal council at your cost.

I would like what was promised to me, a free laptop that wont affect my upgrade and reduced subscriptions.

Vodacom cannot go ****ming people like this, and then when push comes to shove

A Vodacom consultant eventually emailed and confirmed that there was no mention of costs involved for the laptop and that I should return it as the contract does not exist
