A victim of Violation

I never felt so victimized and undermined like I did we a treatment I received from a lady consultant from Vodacom. I spent 20 minutes on the phone with her trying to explain myself to her about my reasons why I wanted to cancel my data contract. If I wanted to upgrade my contract I would have done so on my own, without her having to force issues down my throat. 20 minutes is too much for a customer to spend on a phone explaining why you want to cancel a contract, a NO it’s a NO why do you have to force issues? I really felt so small and violated in every way today and this made look at Vodacom in a different light. No one force me to take out a contract, why are you now forcing me to stay? Why do you even call it customer care if we will end up been victims?
